What Is Xtreme Soccer's Return Policy?
At Xtreme Soccer, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. Our return policy is designed with clarity in mind so you can shop with confidence.
- Within 30 Days - You can return or exchange within 30 days of an online order delivery or in-store purchase.
- Eligible Condition - Clean and unworn, unwashed and odor-free, free of scuffs, stains, or damage, and with all original tags attached.
- Original Packaging - Returned items must include their original packaging, such as boxes, bags, or inserts.
Please note: Footwear should only be tried on indoors on a clean surface.
If a product is found to be unfit for return, Xtreme Soccer will notify you that the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued. Return shipping for rejected items is the customer’s responsibility. You may then choose one of the following options:
- Request the item back. A secure invoice will be sent to cover the return shipping cost.
- Have the product responsibly recycled.
We will proceed with recycling the product if no option is chosen within 14 days of notification.
Return labels are available through our return portal for shipped orders. Items must be shipped back within 21 days of receiving your return label.
- Checkout+ (Free Returns Coverage) - Provides a prepaid return label for approved returns and exchanges, along with coverage for package loss or damage in transit. Items are considered “lost” if carrier tracking shows no update for 7 consecutive days.
- Unprotected Returns - Requires customers to pay for return shipping upon submitting the return through our portal. Xtreme Soccer is not responsible for loss or damage that may occur in transit.
Both options remain subject to the return requirements outlined above.
Important Note: All shipped returns, whether protected through Checkout+ or unprotected, must be initiated and submitted through Xtreme Soccer’s official return portal. Returns sent outside this process will not be accepted.
Once we receive your return, it usually takes us 1–3 business days to review the returned items and approve the refund. We’ll email you once your refund has been initiated, but it may take additional time for your account to reflect the funds.
- Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal: Up to 10 additional days.
- Xtreme Soccer digital gift card: Usually within 24 hours.
- Klarna: If you paid with Klarna, they will issue your refund directly. Please contact Klarna with any refund questions.
Refund Conditions
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. If the original method is unavailable (e.g., expired card, certain PayPal/Klarna cases), a digital gift card will be provided.
- Partial returns (e.g., one item from a multi-item order) are accepted. Refunds apply only to the returned portion.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received the wrong item.
If your Xtreme Soccer purchase isn’t the right fit, you can exchange most items for a different size, color, or model within 30 days of delivery.
You can also exchange your online orders at a nearby Xtreme Soccer store.
Exchange Options
- Choose a different size or color.
- Get instant "Shop Now" credit for the value of your original order through our return portal. Any difference will be charged or refunded.
Processing & Timelines
- New items are shipped once the returned items are received and verified.
- New items follow the same processing times as new orders.
- If your requested item becomes unavailable, the exchange will be canceled and refunded.
- Exchange items ship with standard outbound shipping.
- Gift cards cannot be returned. See our Gift Card Terms & Conditions for full details.
- Items noted as “Final Sale” or purchased as clearance.
- Items personalized with names, numbers, or other customizations.
- Shipping fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.
- Checkout+ coverage is not refundable.
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and remain subject to Xtreme Soccer’s discretion. This includes determining whether an item is in eligible condition or defective under our policy. Our goal is to provide a fair process while maintaining the best possible experience for our customers.
Xtreme Soccer reserves the right to limit or reject returns in cases of potential fraud, abuse of the policy, or excessive/unreasonable return activity. Such actions may also affect eligibility for future transactions or returns.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide a clear and fair returns process for all customers.
Ship Your Return
- Start your return in our portal by opening your order details, selecting “Start a Return or Exchange,” and following the prompts.
- Choose to print your return label or use the QR code option directly from the portal to have your carrier print it for you.
- Pack your items securely and drop them off with the carrier within 21 days of initiating your return.
- You also have the option to schedule a carrier package pickup (for a fee).
- Unprotected Returns - Orders not covered by Checkout+ (Free Returns Coverage) require payment for return shipping through our portal.
Return at a Store
- Bring your return with proof of purchase to a nearby Xtreme Soccer store. We will inspect the items and process the return in the store.
- Proof of purchase can be either your order number or the original store receipt.

How do I return an online order?
You can return your online order at any Xtreme Soccer store or ship your return back to us using our return portal.
How do I return an in-store purchase?
You can return your items at any Xtreme Soccer store with your proof of purchase. Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I exchange my order?
You can take your Xtreme Soccer order to any nearby Xtreme Soccer store for an in-store exchange. If you’d like to ship your exchange back to us, please use our return portal.
What if I return part of my order?
If you return part of an order, your refund will reflect only the items returned.
Do you offer free return shipping?
Free return shipping is available if you selected Checkout+ for your purchase. Otherwise, return shipping is paid in our return portal.
What about defective items?
If it’s been less than 30 days since your order delivery and your item is potentially defective, please see our defect claim terms for additional details.
Can I schedule a pickup for my online order return?
You can schedule a carrier pickup (for a fee) through our return portal. This option allows you to leave your package at your door for collection.
