Xtreme Soccer Defect Claim Terms & Conditions

Defective item claims must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery. No refunds are issued for defective item claims. If your claim is approved, we may issue an Xtreme Soccer digital gift card or provide a replacement item (same or comparable style) at our discretion. Excessive or repeat claims may result in refusal of future claim requests.

The following WILL NOT be accepted:

• Products Xtreme Soccer determines in its sole discretion to be free of any material or workmanship flaws.
• Items showing excessive wear, misuse, or alteration.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Products with missing or removed labels.

Inspections and Digital Gift Card Redemption

• All claims undergo review of submitted images. In some cases, we may require the product to be physically inspected at our warehouse before making a final decision.
• If the product is determined by Xtreme Soccer in its sole discretion to have a material or workmanship flaw, a digital gift card will be emailed to you.
• Products approved for a gift card will not be returned and will be recycled.
• Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
